Spicy Steak Fajitas Ingredients

2 pounds sirloin steak, sliced into thin strips

1 red bell pepper sliced thin

1 yellow bell pepper sliced thin

1 green bell pepper sliced thin I large yellow onion, sliced thin

3 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tbsp lime juice ½ tsp chili powder

1 tsp ground cumin ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 cups Mexican Blend cheese, shredded

6 to 8 tortillas


FIRST STEP: In a zip lock bag, place the sliced steak, the spices, the lime juice and the olive oil Close the bag, shake to coat the pieces of steak SECOND STEP: Add the peppers and onions to the bag and reclose the bag Shake the bag again to coat the vegetables THIRD STEP: Add 1 tbsp Olive oil to a skillet and add the ingredients from the bag into the heated skillet. Cook until the vegetables are just becoming tender and the steak is cooked FOURTH STEP: Serve with warm tortillas , sprinkle with shredded cheese and your choice of optional toppings
